Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Nigeria only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. SOLLENE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
Our 14-day return policy applies to eligible items in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
